11 years ago women preparing for fitness and bodybuilding shows, from all walks of life, drove regularly up to 4 hours each way to come learn how to walk in heels from Michele at the gym she owned in Connecticut. They originally came to learn how to pose for their shows, but standing and walking in heels effortlessly was holding them back from looking and feeling their best. So Michele's focus immediately changed from teaching how to pose to teaching how to walk in heels.
The day any of Michele's student's walks turned into strut was the most unforgettable day of their lives. It was the day their self doubt turned into belief. It was the day they said to themselves, “Omg I so got this!”
Michele has created her own teaching style, methodologies, and best practices from her diverse and eclectic education that includes modeling and acting school, first hand experience as a competitor, and over a decade of hands-on teaching of men and women students in every division in bodybuilding. She believes there is nothing like having a good strut to elevate your confidence and make you a stand out on stage.
Michele believes the level of competition in bodybuilding and fitness shows today is the highest it has ever been. As a judge for 4 fitness and bodybuilding federations she knows first hand that the more difficult the competition, the more important the details of your presentation matter... and your presentation will influence your placement. Having a great walk on stage is one of those details that has elevated her students from wallflowers to stand outs. Michele wants the same success for you!
